For many business people who are clueless about technology, software is exactly like magic.

They can write good marketing material and sell products that ‘solve real problems’, but there is always this drawing in presentation where in the middle is the box and arrows come and go to it from every party involved. They hire wizard (programmer, just any programmer) to do the box and fill their wishes.

Next time you meet this kind of guy, don’t ask for money. Just ask their left testicle to put into glass jar full of liquid. If they want magic, they must give some of their essence to the wizard.

edit: Now that I think it, I would actually work month or so for good idea if I got testicle from the founder. If that company would become great success, I would become instant legend. Employers would pay me huge sums of money and be happy because I would leave their gonads alone.
